At The Aesthetics Lounge and Spa Clinton Township, we are committed to providing the highest quality care and service to our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for all, we have implemented the following cancellation, no-show, and refund policies.
Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that life happens, and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To accommodate all clients fairly, please adhere to the following guidelines:
- 24-Hour Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a $50 cancellation fee or the loss of your prepaid deposit.
No-Show Policy
A no-show occurs when a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without notifying us.
- No-show appointments will result in a $50 charge or the forfeiture of any prepaid deposit.
- Multiple no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings before an appointment can be scheduled.
Consent Forms
For your safety and the best possible experience, all clients must complete and sign a consent form before their first treatment.
- Consent forms provide important information about the procedure, potential risks, and aftercare.
- Forms must be updated annually or whenever there is a change in your medical history.
Refund Policy
At The Aesthetics Lounge and Spa Clinton Township, we stand behind the quality of our services and products. However, all sales are final with the following conditions:
- Services: We do not offer refunds on treatments, packages, or prepaid services. If you experience an adverse reaction or are unsatisfied with your results, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns and discuss potential solutions.
- Products: Due to the nature of our medical-grade skincare and retail products, we do not offer refunds. However, unopened and unused products may be eligible for an exchange within 14 days of purchase.
- Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
