Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling

At The Aesthetics Lounge and Spa Clinton Township, we are committed to providing the highest quality care and service to our clients. To ensure a smooth experience for all, we have implemented the following cancellation, no-show, and refund policies.
  • 24-Hour Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may incur a $50 cancellation fee or the loss of your prepaid deposit.

No-Show Policy

A no-show occurs when a client does not attend their scheduled appointment without notifying us.
  • No-show appointments will result in a $50 charge or the forfeiture of any prepaid deposit.
  • Multiple no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings before an appointment can be scheduled.

For your safety and the best possible experience, all clients must complete and sign a consent form before their first treatment.

  • Forms must be updated annually or whenever there is a change in your medical history.
