Lip Enhancement, Done Intentionally
Lip filler is a soft hyaluronic acid gel designed to move naturally with your mouth. Depending on your goals, your provider may focus on the border (vermilion), the body of the lip, the Cupid’s bow, or fine lines around the mouth. If you want a subtle curl without added volume, ask about the Lip Flip, a neuromodulator treatment.
Lip enhancement is minimally invasive and can often be done in a single visit, with little interruption to your day.
Your appointment starts with a conversation about your goals and photos for reference. Topical numbing is applied, and many lip fillers contain lidocaine. Filler is placed in small amounts while your provider checks shape and symmetry. Swelling is normal for a few days, so your final look settles in about two weeks.
